I would like to say that the financial aid division of this institute needs to go back and get a refresher course themselves. I have been given nothing but a run around and wrong information since the beginning. I am extremely disappointed. I call to set up an appointment and I get no return call. So after I call for a second and third time I receive phone call. I set up an appointment only to be given wrong information. Then when I ask simple basic questions about financial aid my questions can not be answered. I have repeatedly been given the run around and have been misinformed up to the day of orientation. I am very disappointed in the conduct, attitudes, and the manner in which my situation and concerns have been addressed. In the future I would be strongly inclined to deter someone from attending. If anyone was to ask me about this institute the only response I can honestly give them is to be ready to be misinformed and be given a run around when comes to getting answers for questions.
